What do I have to do to reapply for disability?

Q) Last year I applied for disability and after an appointment with a Dr. in Cody Wyoming, arranged by the local Social Security office, I was denied disability. In January of this year I had a jury trial in Federal court in Casper Wy, where I was awarded damages due to my permanent injuries. My attorneys main argument was that I was permanently disabled and not able to return to work and the jury agreed. I was awarded a substantial amount of money for lost wages due to my permanent injuries. I was surprised to hear when I talked to my lawyer and his opinion was that a LOT of initial claims are denied, and I need to apply again. I thought my request was forever over. My injury occurred in May of 2013 and I went on Social Security soon after. What do I have to do to reapply, I will apply for medicare next year and if I am able to get a disability approval is my rate less money.
